Your tasks

  • Conceptual design and implementation of a global marketing automation strategy in the B2B environment in cooperation with an international team
  • Project management for the roll-outs of our marketing automation tools (SAP C/4 Marketing Cloud etc.) in close cooperation with internal IT development and external service providers
  • Planning, execution and management of complex CRM and marketing projects on an international level with a focus on:
    - Further development of customer loyalty with the help of e-mail marketing and incentive programs
    - Target group definitions of relevant customer segments for automated campaigns
    - Design, implementation and further development of lead management
  • Consideration of digital marketing trends and their strategic integration

Your profile

  • Successfully completed studies in the field of business administration, marketing or communication and media sciences or comparable training
  • Several years of professional experience in CRM with a focus on Campaign Management/ Lead Management/ Loyalty Management/ Marketing Automation (SAP C/4HANA Marketing Cloud)
  • Good understanding and quick grasp of technical solutions, CRM processes and mapping of business requirements as well as enjoy process optimization
  • Experience with regulatory and legal frameworks of digital marketing (GDPR etc.)
  • High sense of responsibility, strong communication skills, customer orientation as well as cross-marketing mindset
  • Hands-on mentality with a high degree of initiative and enjoy teamwork
  • Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
